It made me want to go run Le...I LOVED <i>Born to Run</i>. It made me want to go run Leadville. But then my medication was adjusted and I slowly came back to reality.<br /><br />I think you're right on about the combination. Both years riding the Katy Trail I've gained weight, and I've toned up a lot more through running. <br /><br />I have a really hard time fitting in both riding and running, though. Running has been winning out because it takes a lot less time to get in a good run than a good ride.
